Lucas Villas is a marketplace for long-term villa rentals in Bali. We help agents find tenants — and tenants find a good home. We don’t rent out, inspect or own any of the properties: every villa is offered by its agent, and the deal is made with them.

The catalogue lives on this site and in our Telegram channel — the same villas: photos, the price and an approximate location on the map.
- Get the agent’s contacts
Press the button on a villa’s card or under its channel post — our Telegram bot sends you the agent’s contacts in a private message.
- Deal directly
Write to the agent on WhatsApp: the viewing, the terms and the contract are between the two of you, without us.
Questions and answers
How do I get the contacts for a villa?
With the button on the villa’s card on the site, or the button under its post in the Telegram channel. Our bot delivers them — you’ll need Telegram.
Do you verify the villas?
No. Photos, prices and descriptions come from the agents, and we publish them as they are. Check the villa’s condition and the current price with the agent — best of all at a viewing.
Why is the location approximate?
For safety, exact coordinates are hidden by default. The map shows an area no larger than 500 m; when we know the exact point, that area’s centre is shifted. An agent may choose to open the exact point.
A villa is on the site, but the agent says it is taken.
It happens: agents update the statuses, sometimes late. Pick another villa — a rented one soon leaves the site.
